its the festive season; the city center is draped with cheery lights, a reminder of christmas. but what do they mean to people who lack joy? well. so everyone is feeling down at x'mas time. im ok i guess, but everytime i feel this temptation to succumb to depression. ok then, i have been doing a lot of prezzie shopping.. my feet ache..arrgh. i have been to every corner of every shopping center in town. i think i have spent a hefty sum already. just a few days ago i was looking through a brochure that asked you to donate to the less fortunate. just think of a poor fellow hunting through dustbins day and night for some scrap to sell. his children have literally abandoned him. what does christmas mean to him? for when we are ripping open our presents he is scavaging through litter? you've probably heard this hundreds of times before, but yea, we are really fortunate.. . let not your mood affect others .
