sorry for the lack of updates. these days,i'm either too busy to blog or i'm busy enjoying whatever free time i have left for myself.
yesterday, which was saturday, i decided not to stay at home and mope around. so i told my mum to bring me to suntec to do some shopping. we stopped by at marina square first. (florence, remember that place where we ate our dinner at before tim sum dollies?) yup.its a newly renovated place with a wide array of shops. my sis and i had manicures(finger nails), and in my sister's case,a pedicure too.(that is, your toe nails.) i have purty nails now! i told my mum that it would be a waste to get a pedicure as my feet would be stuck in shoes after the weekend. but the truth is, i'm afraid to let the lady touch my feet. its the part that i'm the most ticklish at.
my sis went to meet her friend, then my mum and i wandered around marina square.there're many many shops there. then we headed down to suntec which was just a stone's throw away my main intention was to buy clothing but i ended up buying 5 pairs of earrings which i designed.muahaha. the price was really really reasonable. there weren't many shops at suntec so we just bought stuff from watsons and carrefour. supermarkets have a weird way of tempting you to buy stuff that you don't really need.
oh, and i saw a chocolate making machine at carrefour! it looks like a moutain with a moat surrounding it. you just have to pour an instant chocolate formula in it and the machine will produce chocolate in 1/2 and hour's time. what happens is that the chocolate, when cooked,(do you cook chocolate?!) oozes out of the 'mountain' like thingy and pour down the sides like a fountain. and of course, it will be stored in the 'moat' thing around the mountain.wow! all that for $198! i didn't buy it though. would be a waste of money.
alrights, gotta go jogging with my dad now. i'm trying to make it a routine. if it rains(which really looks like the weather forecast now), we'll go to the gym!
oh and do remember to watch moulin rouge tonight! its one of the most tragic love stories EVER. tata!
