you complete me. a fruitful post at last! i posted yesterday but its mostly a filler so you can give it a miss if you want. but its only a few lines long. don't be lazy bums!
i've got a chemistry test tomorrow so i had tuition today (yes,i know, again?!) but now i'm feeling rather confident about the test now. except for QA. which,i emphasis, sucks. cos its all about memory work.
today i'll talk about two things: one of which i love and another of which i absolutely abhorr and fear.
i know at some point of time of life or another, you must have looked at the stars, right?! i shall assume so. on a sidenote, when i went for the resilience camp in malaysia sometime last year, there was this one time when we were waiting to go on our confidence walk at an unearthly hour. i looked up at the sky, and there were thousands of stars.really. every 1cm cube of sky was filled with stars. its was really pretty. and, naturally,i wondered why there are so few stars in singapore. never mind, back to the subject at hand. which is also stars. so..when you looked up in the sky, did you see 3 stars in a row? they're rather near to each other, in a perfect straight line. however,on closer observation, you'll find that the middle star is a teeny bit out of line. and framing that row of stars is 4 other stars, a crooked frame, but a frame nonetheless. one of these stars is supposed to be reddish, but i really can't tell. and anyway that nice 7 stars make up the Orion constellation. you see,if you make an effort to really look at the sky, those three stars aren't hard to find. and then you'll find the four stars around them. there will be many other faint stars scattered around, but those 7 stars are the main part of orion. and the orion constellation is one of the easiest to find.(a constellation is a group of stars, btw) ok!enough descriptions. picture!link!click! http://btc.montana.edu/ceres/html/Disks/images/constel.jpg just focus on the frame and the three stars. the rest, well, can't be seen with the naked eye.lol. so,on a cloudless night, do try to look out for the orion constellation. if you've successfully found the orion and would like to look for another constellation, then i would recommend that you flip through an encyclopedia on the solar system or whatever. some of them have full pages of all the different constellations. i feel like a genius suddenly.haha.
i'm not.
ok.now for the thing i hate. dundundundun..... CLOWNS!!!! they're abso-freaking-lutely scary. i mean, check this out. http://www.velvetpaintings.com/Velvet/2004EBAY/images/Clown-SmHat-BrnFrm30.jpg mann i hate those effing clowns! they have this weird smile that looks more like a smirk plastered on their face. the smile's so fake, its scary. and their huge eyebrows ,tiny eyes and face paint. that big,red nose. the worst part is that you never know who's behind all those layers of face paint. for all you know,it could be a killer! and he points his silly colourful water gun at you which happens to be a cleverly disguised REAL pistol and bam! so long. people should really make more horror movies about clowns to the extent that kids are so traumatised and there are no more clowns in the world!yay! oh and those trailers should be shown on kids central,at a friendly hour, say..10 am?and 6pm? ok enough of evil scheming.
i've gotta study chemistry now and have my dinner. (last night i ate dinner at 10 15pm!gasp!i know!) goodbye for now~ clara. much love xoxo
