this is the first time in my life that i'm preparing for an exam beforehand. usually i study the day before. shocking, huh?
i intend to do well.
so my last meaningful post topic for the next many weeks: Relationships.
Analyse your relationships after you read this.
I hereby present the 'Clara's relationship test.' Btw, relationships= friendships too.
1) Ask yourself why you are with that person. Is it because you sympathise with that person?Pity does not equal to love/friendship.
2) Does the person sympathise with you?
3)Are you truly happy when you are with that person? Can you see yourself in the future with him/her?
***4)Are you using the person to get what you want? e.g: Befriending the top pupil in class so that you'll have free tuition, Befriending this girl because 'her brother is hot.'
5)Could the person be using you to get even with someone else? e.g. Big quarrell among best friends. then one of them befriends YOU. and you just so happen to know that her ex-best friend hates YOU...
6)Could the person be making use of you? e.g: Spending your money, asking for treats, borrowing your stuff.
***7)Could YOU be making use of the person?
***8)Are you with the person only for company?
8)Is that person with you only for the company?
9)Does the person treat you like you're a toy? Playing with you then discarding you when he/she is bored? e.g:Mon-Shopping with you. Tuesday-Friday--No news. Weekends--Go out with you.
***10)Are YOU treating the other person as a toy?
11)Does the other person treat you like a punching bag by throwing all his/her emotions on you?
***12)Do YOU treat the other person like a punching bag??
13)Does the person only like you for the way you look? e.g: Monday--best friends. Tuesday-Bad haircut. And for the rest of the week till your hair returns to normal, no news.
***14)Do YOU only like that person for the way they look?
If you have said YES to any of these questions,its time to think things through. seriously. And if you said YES to any of the *** questions, errr....please try to be a better friend yeah?
