today..i was santarina!!
my assigned location was in hall 6,
the carnival!!
i was happy with that location because
the constant flow of kids makes giving
out sweets a whole lot easier!
honestly, is there such a thing as santarina??
don't think so..maybe santa's female helper.
anyways, the dress was SUPER sexy.
man i was kinda embarrassed!
and the hat was too big..
kept dropping off.
i paired up with another guy..
don't know who.

can't remember his name too =XX.
even though i was a bit sian
at first cos i only slept 6 hours,
the kids and the people made me
feel that there was nowhere
else i would rather be,
no other way that i would spend my day.
the past few days i didn't have any xmas
cheer at all.. but now i must say
i'm looking forward to tomorrow!!
i smiled so muched today..
my mouth hurts.
i'm not a person who smiles a lot..
laughs a lot but other than that i
look rather unapproachable.
today i must have looked super
approachable..
cos a guy asked me for my no.

the kids were cute..
there was once when a santa
approached a little girl's back..
and when she turned around she got
the shock of her life..
haven't seen santa much i suppose!
she jumped three steps back.
the look of terror on her face
was so cute..
her parents were laughing!
turns out she thought that the
fake santa was a real old man..
and freaked out.
the only pissifying( ok i made that word up )
moment was when i wished an old man
merry xmas.
he was pushing a cart, so i thought
that he could do with some xmas
cheer in his life.
arrgh.
he smiled.
SO widely.
i thought: wah so effective.
but something about his smile was weird.
made me think something was awry.
how true.
turns out it was a LECHEROUS smile.
and every few steps he turned around to wink at me.
DAYM.
after duty, it was pouring.
took the mrt and bus home.
how lucky.
i fell asleep on the bus..
and woke up at my stop.
whew!!
being santarina is tiring man!
my mum, as usual,
cooked great xmas meal for us.
all sorts of fresh seafood smothered
in cream sauce.
nice...!
this year the lighting at my estate has improved greatly..
around the pool palm trees are draped with
golden lights.
truly ethereal at night..
always the last thing i gaze at before turning in..
through windows painted with raindrops.
and at the entrance( where my main living room's
window is facing)
the trees are draped with multi-coloured lights..
and patterns are made using these lights
in the bushes.
boy oh boy.
they glimmer like mystical magic berries.
the lights are not those cheap multi-coloured
ones which look fake.
these ones have very strong and unique colours.
breathtaking.
gotta run.
the highly acclaimed movie
"Love Actually".
my first movie in 6 months.
