whenever i log on to msn many ppl
are like : wow i hardly ever see you!!
i feel like some animal bordering
on extinction.haha!!
k, today ppl came over
to mount the new tv on the wall.
i must say it looks very nice.
i'll take a pic of it.
when my cam arrives.
its out of stock, so you'll
have to wait 2-3 wks. =(
i'm sick of blur pics!
the mind is willing but the flesh is weak.
how true.
i rmb. that for the the Os i pictured
myself preparing like 1/2 yr in
advance, mugging my guts out.
that didn't happen.
and i'll be like:
sleep 3 hrs each night, no prob.
uh-uh.
we always imagine ourselves
to be so capable.
like when my mum goes to
the supermarket i keep bugging
her to get a trolley, cos
1) I like pushing them =X
2) I know she will need them.
And she's always like:
No need!! I'll only buy a few things.
But at the end of the day
the trolley becomes extremely useful.
Over-estimation of oneself.
the saying:
"we're only human"
makes a lot of sense, don't it?
my real reason for blogging today:
I've found a job!!
Given up on giordano.
Don't think they'll want me,
an experience-less person.
So suay, come to think about it.
They just had to put me in a group
that was all experienced.
ok.
You see, my mum's friend owns 2
pushcarts at ________.
I'll only give the location
to certain ppl, cos
1) god knows who reads my blog.
2) shy la. cannot meh?
3) i link my friendster to my blog.
cough*despos*cough
And her name just surfaced in my mind
yesterday, so I called her today.
And yup, I start work on mon.
Pay is $5 an hr, plus 1% commision.
not a lot, but it'll have to do.
Plus if sales are good, my pay could
match up to boutiques.
But ________ is not super crowded.
Branded goods galore over there.
I'll honestly prefer working here
than at those boutiques.
1) Attire isn't an issue.
2) I don't have to clean up the store
after shopping hours.
3) Working hours won't affect
my church and cell group.
My parents keep telling me there's
no need to work.
They're afraid that i'll suffer man!!
When i walk past a place asking for
ppl to work i'll be like:
Not bad, should i give it a try?
And my parents will be like:
Crazy ar!! Do you know how hard it is, yaddayadda.

That's why i had some difficulty
in looking for a job.
So my job is just to pass time.
Its good to work for this lady anyway.
She's super kind.
Thank God for this job!!
Whew.
Went to plaza sing. just now
with my parents.
it reminded me that i haven't
been to a cinema for many months.
oh, and i saw some very...outrageous
shirts at carrefour.
like:
"This shirt looks better wet",
"Guys are good accessories",
"This shirt would look good on your floor."
I can't wear those.
I wouldn't be able to take a step
out of the door.
Went into a guess boutique.
their stuff is not ex, you know.
seriously.
bag are 100++.
compare it to LV and Gucci's
1k +++++++.
i wouldn't carry too branded stuff
when i'm young.
it just doesn't make sense cos ppl
would think its a fake anyway.
agree?
save all those stuff for later on.
Am gonna email SPCA,
hope they'll take in volunteers.
